Synchrony gives my customer 0% financing for 6 months so they can pay it off within 6 months with no prepayment penalties or anything and it costs us 5.14%. then several times a year for the same costs for us they offer the customer 18 months at no interest. You can really focus sales around that like right now it's the President's Day sale running from the 16th through the 22nd so yesterday through this coming Tuesday and the customer can buy anything in our store at $299 and above and get 18 months with no interest they'll get approved as long as their credit score is about 670 or better. I'm currently the manager of the store I work at which is a small business it's a pool table store home game room store with things like pool table shovel boards air hockey foosball tables poker tables and bar stools and so a lot of people take advantage of the financing for those big items. In a few months I'm actually purchasing the business from my boss and at that time I'm going to add at least one more finance company like I see my for smaller purchases. And I Seema is great for people with compromised credit still allows them to pay something off in 3 months with a small down payment and they get Auto drafted the payments from the bank account I've used it another furniture stores and it works great for a lot of people.

Most people spend $2,000-$5,000 on a Pool Table. Premium models we keep on the floor range up to $9,000. I see the value of changing the floor around. You don't want the stores environment to get stail. You want people to see new things and spur them into impulse buys. It can also at least get them thinking about something they weren't even thinking about buying.  We do lots of service too.  moving people's Pool Tables. We move them from home or Business, anywhere in Northern California.  Recovering their tables with new cloth.  Refurbishing their older / antique tables.

I have a side hustle. People call my store and need to move their Pool Tables for about three reasons. Moving to another home, changing flooring, or selling it. Our professional crew is always booked out two or more weeks. If they need to have it moved eave to look for someone else or I can do it. (more) I have a side hustle. As little as possible! I appreciate choosing my products in person. Especially for anything personal. I also hate Walmart and Amazon. They've put nails in the coffins of more family owned businesses and many chain companies. (Toys R Us, and many more) (more) As little as possible! I appreciate choosing my products in person. I’d say, nit as a rule. The owners don’t. However, when a good employee has been in some kind of a jam? Our business owners have really helped us out. Example: My Alternator went out on my truck. My boss came and 1. Gave me a ride to work. I had gotten 44/46 miles. So close! He also let me use his road side service card to have my truck towed home. His included up to 100 miles!  I also was given an opportunity last year with another company which offered double my salary. A big opportunity with it to for advancement but it was a sham. After that company used me 65 hrs a week for 8 weeks, they let me go. My boss asked me to breakfast after he heard. We chatted but didn’t even talk about me coming back. He just put my key on the table and said, You start back Next Tuesday!

Here’s my advise.  “Have bread and butter!“ In our business we don’t get traffic every day because our clientelle are just possibly 1/200 Home Owners. A Pool Table takes up an entire room as the center piece.  So, since we don’t sell one a day, not even per our two stores! We have to sell other stuff (and services) which many people need on a nearly daily basis!  Dart supplies for example. Our rent gets covered on most months by just that one catagory. So if I have a bad month for Pool Table sales, but did well in dart, billiards, ping pong, wall art, and lighting accessories? Our nut (monthly costs are covered! We survived another month.  So to you in the travel business I say, offer fee based advise for travelers. Offer smaller 2-3 day excursions to popular tourist destinations.  Don’t think for one minute that everyone who comes to you is looking for 7-10 day Paris Vacations.  Offer the smaller packages and convert those clients into bigger trip clientele later by giving them great “weekend trips”. Become Their Prefered - loyal building clients! (Bread and butter clients) Domingo Vasquez  Manager Valley Gaming and Billiards  9305 Thornton Road. (more) Joanna,  I have 2 answers for you.  Definitely, (as others suggested) get a lawyer who specializes in evictions.  Forgive Him. (Christian thing to do) He’s not a man. No Man would take advantage of you like that but for the sake of your own mind and heart? Forgive him. If the lawyer says, “I don’t think we can get money back for you”. Then forgive his debt too.  There’s no point in carrying on that burden. Forgive him as Christ forgave us!  That’s my advise. My Mom was in Apartment Management for 30 years. I helped with a lot of it growing up. As a Christian Man, I know that repentance starts in our minds and reaches our hearts. That produces change. Changing us into who Christ wants us to be when we interact with one another. Then when the day comes where we meet him face to face? Jesus will say, “Well Done My Good and Faithful Servant!”   Domingo Vasquez * Christian * Husband * Father * Store Manager at Valley gaming and Billiards.  God Bless you
