I'm not sure of your business, Thomas, but I often discuss the differences in similar businesses to mine. We work with students, so I will note what separates our test prep work from others. I will also suggest that if the client wishes to go with another company, he or she should ask for references and talk to happy customers. I do have some who decide to work with someone else, but not many.
