The answer to this question has to do with what rules one set for themselves. I am flexible. I have no set rules for how or when I am going to answer my telephone. Rules are meant to be questioned, challenged and changed when necessary. That also applies to answering telephone calls. Intuition is my guide. Certain phone calls I will not answer or reply to on any day.
