If you desire to maintain control internally, we offer personalized training in QuickBooks, the Microsoft Suite of software programs and more. First certified in Quickbooks in 1998, Office Flow has continued to support all desktop versions of QuickBooks and our team is also certified in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Since the release of Quickbooks Online during the fall of 2013, more than 6% of businesses have moved away from the desktop version opting for the remote solution for invoicing, time tracking and payment processing. Office Flow can develop a customized training plan for you.
As you grow and expand your business, we can compose all aspects of your HR division as well as hire and train new personnel. In addition, Office Flow can build an internal control plan to safeguard your company's assets, check the accuracy and reliability of the accounting data and promote operational efficiency.
Our founder, Dee Jones, attributes her passion for small business to her studies at the University of Georgia in economic development. Although she began her career in the insurance industry, most of her career has been in public accounting servicing small to medium sized businesses. After partnering up with an accounting firm in 1989, she created support packages for small entrepreneurs that included comprehensive services such as property & casualty insurance coverage, bookkeeping and risk management. The services quickly expanded to include all facets of administrative operations as well as assistance with personal matters for executive management, such as college applications. Assisting small businesses with day-to-day operations ultimately relieved them from the demands that prevented them from focusing on growing their business.
