It is really up to the Buyers to hire termite inspectors, not the Realtor.  It does not matter if others have access to the MLS but as far as I know, no Inspectors in MO. have access to the MLS only appraisers do even if they did they do not have access to the buyer's information.  Do mass mailings to get more business, get involved in IKAGG groups, advertise digitally and through videos is your best option.  Get involved with ASHI Members. I would consider getting involved in termite inspections when a home is just listed for sale.  Best of luck to you.
