"I have been working with Jason Bauman for two decades. Jason is dependable, professional and does a great job for my clients with leaky basement. He epoxy injects or uses carbon fiber to stop basements from leaking and guarantees his work. He also installs drain tile and sump pumps and pits. He has now moved into pouring driveways too. He was the former owner of The Foundation Doctor and sold it several years ago. "

I agree Sue. Eating at home saves tons of money and is healthier for you. Restaurants overdo it on salt and butter.

Sales are great, things are going back to normal and the market is slowing shifting out of being a Sellers Market. Call me for a free consultation at 314-477-1000 licensed since 1998 in Missouri. Over 88 Million sold.

It is really up to the Buyers to hire termite inspectors, not the Realtor. It does not matter if others have access to the MLS but as far as I know, no Inspectors in MO. have access to the MLS only appraisers do even if they did they do not have access to the buyer's information. Do mass...

It does not matter if others have access to the MLS but as far as I know, no Inspectors in MO. have access to the MLS only appraisers do even if they did they do not have access to the buyer's information. Do mass mailings to get more business, get involved in IKAGG groups, advertise digitally and through videos is your best option. Get involved with ASHI Members. I would consider getting involved in termite inspections when a home is just listed for sale. Best of luck to you.
Why are Health Insurance deductibles so high? Last year mine was $5,000.00 and this year it is $7,000.00. Are there any companies out there with lower deductibles? I currently have Cigna Health Insurance for the past two years; the premium is only $202.00 a month. The deductible is off the...

$100.00 and above normally. You get photo's send to you. My guy sends them from YouTube and does a video to attached to the MLS System. But if you have Prime Agent they do the video for you and you can add your own selection of music. I have not used a drone video yet.

Absolutely not if they are serious they will get one. For you do not waste your time as time is money. For the buyer's expectations to not look at $500,000 homes when they can only afford $350,000. Most importantly never waste a Sellers time making them leave for someone who may not qualify to...

Most importantly never waste a Sellers time making them leave for someone who may not qualify to purchase their home. Realtors are always commissioned base and never get paid until we close a sale and are 1099'd and pay your own taxes, health insurance, normally marketing too. You have to be a self-starter and self-motivated being a Realtor is not for the meek and it is not a "get quick rich" job either. There is a lot of hard work and dedication to stay comitted to this field. You work nights and weekends too. A lot to consider before you sign on to be a Realtor best to do it full time or not at all.
So true, people 50 and over are sometimes overlooked but they are the employees with the strongest work ethic, rarely take off or are never late and are stellar employees who should be considered first not last.
