At Renew Your Joy Coaching, we turn life's setbacks into comebacks! Specializing in life and health coaching, Reiki, and LEGO® Serious Play®, we empower men and women over 40 to rebuild self-confidence and joy after major life changes. Dive deep, resolve, and renew with us.
I specialize in helping men and women who are going through or have gone through major life changes rebuild their self-confidence and understand their self-worth and build a life of joy so they can be happy.
I believe we all have the power within us to make changes - discovering this, it empowers us to become the person we want to be in the world.
With my unique blend of Life & Health Coaching, Reiki healing, and LEGO® Serious Play® facilitation, I help calm the initial (or ongoing) panic and stress that's caused by these overwhelming changes and guide men and women towards a life of renewed joy and fulfillment. Renew Your Joy is not just a coaching service; I'm your partner on your journey of empowerment as you reclaim your life!
How We Got Started
I worked in the corporate world for the past 40+ years, the last 7 spent coaching individuals, teams and leadership to change the way they work (and think) to be more productive and have a work/life balance. After going through 2 divorces, 5 layoffs after the age of 40, moving to another state and almost losing my house, I felt I just had to suck it up without help, After that last layoff, I felt I still had value and wanted to help people who've been sideswiped by circumstances out of their control. I became certified in Life/Health Coaching after extensive 6-month training.
My experience as a coach in the corporate world made it easy to transition to Life Coaching. Once I got started, I found helping others find their self-worth and build their confidence to reach achievable goals was what I was meant to do.

Building the relationship. If you don't get to know someone first, they'll feel the only reason you want to talk to them is to sell them something.

I love talking to people, but am turned off by business owners trying to sell me their products instead of getting to each other. I stop them by asking “What is our purpose in this moment?” Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It depends on the individual and their intention.

Allergies need to be investigated much more than just a skin test or allergy medications to relieve symptoms. Western medicine isn't designed to go deeper into the causes of why children and adults manifest symptoms that may be allergies, but have deeper causes.

To wow my clients, I help them discover ONE thing about themselves during my Discovery Call. Once their eyes are open, they typically want more! My program, along with energy healing (another eye-opener), keeps them interested and accountable to both themselves and me, as their partner.
