Well, I'm big on not "guessing" what my customers/prospects want and taking some time up front to ask, "what added value could I bring to our partnership"? "How can I be a resource in your business and what would that look like from your perspective"? I consider them a "Partner".
I would ask a couple of them, one at a time, to a coffee or lunch as ask them that simple question. Let them define your value and then produce it. I bet the value they need will be pretty close to the same value for many Realtors and then you just duplicate it. But the key is....that it was built from them out and not from you in as to what you think. They will also respond better as you will have built a service that speaks to them. Just a thought?
