I introduce myself to new clients and give basic information about myself. Then I ask them to tell me what kind if help they are looking for. As a therapist/coach I focus on where they are and where they want to be. I listen unconditionally but then ask if they want feedback of what I hear....

I am one who books most anything on line, due to my work schedule but also i have not had any bad experiences. I find it is a big time consumer to have to get to a vacation planner, not sure if they describe what I really am looking for, and the price might have been cheaper but...
