I like Moz as a company quite a bit. I used their product for my company and it did what it said. I believe they are fairly consistently updating who they work with and that they will soon approach the same number of aggregators as Yext, but charge significantly less. That being said, after using Moz and then Yext, I still went and manually claimed and managed all of my accounts.

One of the most important things in all of this is that you ensure that your website is linked to each of these accounts and that all of the contact information is correct.

Nope. Avoided any issues my sticking with Apple. But if you want to find out how to remedy certain changes I think your best bet is to search the web for answers. Tons of technical people tear in to the nitty-gritty of the update and provide answers for unwanted changes.

I would say that it depends on what the dollar value of the discount is. If your dollar off amount is in fact $7.00, then I'd stick with the percentage off.

Next, ensure that EVERY account that you have set up is linked to your website and where possible, linked to your other social media & local listing accounts.
Once these are all set up, it is extremely important to have reviews from as many (happy) customers as you can get. Particularly on Yelp and Google. Facebook comes next in authority for reviews, but it's not as important in the beginning
After that, you can do Google ads, Facebook ads, etc. if you use Google ads I recommend setting up remarketing (feature available within Google Adwords)
Aside from Bright Think Marketing, I sell on a couple of websites, eBay and Amazon. For simplicity, I recommend shopify.com.

Shopify is light on the ability to optimize it for the web. If you plan on doing tons of products and making lots of money and doing lots of promotion to attract organic sales, I'd recommend a WordPress website with WooCommerce as your shopping cart. I could build the site for you, but I'm out of your budget as well.
