I know we follow our sale processes because it is procedure. Like an earlier guest somewhat stated, it is the customers perceived value that matters not the salesperson. We follow up and ask them if we can service the new equipment being installed by the contractor they chose. They could still be a potential customer depending on what type of service you provide. So do not give up. And they can still recommend you to other potential customers.
