There is a shortage of qualified people who don't mind physical work. Many trades people go into business for themselves once they get licensed. I have not had that experience over the 33 years in business, because we compensate our people well. Of our 11 techs, 5 are in their 20's and doing well. We are always interviewing applicants and have a short list to hire if a position becomes available. We have weekly tech trainings on various subjects to improve our staff. They aren't lined up out the door, but with work, they are out there.
