With the rules of no more than 25 people at a gathering, and the fear that has been instilled in everyone, I don’t see shows and festivals starting up until Sept and then the question is who will venture out to be out in a crowd. I will have washing stations and hand sanitizers for people. Hopefully that will be enough.

Shopify is also another one to look at $300 will get you someone to do it for you.  It is important to have a website for your business these days. In years past you just needed a business card now you need a website.  I use potential clients website to find out their mission and see if aligns with mine.

If you have a widget or a service you can promote on line through social media, that’s great.  My business requires people to try it and feel it and experience for themselves why our organic lotions and hand & heel creams have been so effective. So I have to take mine to shows and fairs and get people to experience. So tha is my number one way of promoting. I also give out brochures to anyone who stops by our booth.  Business cards are ok but they should not be your main promotion. I have thrown away so many business cards because there is nothing describing what they do. So I find personal contact is best!

If you are looking for ways to increase sales and want true examples of what to say and how to do it, I say Grant Cardon. He practices what he preaches and he has become very successful using his techniques. He has books, videos and an academy.  I have not heard of Gary so What does that say... You be the judge.  However there is always something you can learn from anyone in business.

Good customer service! Do whatever it takes to make a happy customer and go above the rest. If you deliver product/service to them, send a thank you card afterwards. Not an email but a hand written thank you card. It shows you would take the time in this day and age to personally thank them.... (more) Good customer service!
