Good customer service! Do whatever it takes to make a happy customer and go above the rest. If you deliver product/service to them, send a thank you card afterwards. Not an email but a hand written thank you card. It shows you would take the time in this day and age to personally thank them. Know why your service or products are better than the rest and be passionate about it.
