About Us

We deliver identity systems and high‑performance websites for Home Service firms that reduce friction in the customer journey, improve conversion rates, and provide measurable ROI through better lead capture and automated follow‑up.

I founded Cloud 9 AI Studios with a singular mission: to bring enterprise-level AI automation to the Home Service industry without the enterprise-level complexity.

With over 30 years of experience in web development and design, I built our flagship platform, OmniFlow CRM, to solve the biggest problem facing HVAC Technicians, Plumbers, Electricians, Landscapers, and Roofers: The Leaky Bucket.

Most trade businesses are great at their craft but struggle with the follow-up required to close deals. OmniFlow fixes this by using AI to automate lead capture, speed-to-lead communication, and long-term nurturing. We turn missed calls into booked appointments.

Why I’m on Alignable I am here to build strategic partnerships rather than just sell software. My ideal connections are Digital Agencies, Business Coaches, and MSPs who serve the trades.

When you refer a client to me, I act as your technical implementation partner. I handle the complex automation and AI integration, which helps your clients succeed and makes your advice look even better.

Let's connect if you are looking for a reliable technical partner to help your Home Service clients scale.

100% Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee - Your complete satisfaction is GUARANTEED or your money will be refunded. Call us at 972-514-7274 or visit www.Cloud9AIStuidios.com for more information.

How We Got Started

From the Trenches to the Cloud

My journey began in 1999, leading to the launch of "iDzynes" in 2003, which grew into Response Pro Marketing. For 20 years, I championed the "little guy," helping small businesses compete with corporate budgets through web development and design.

But despite two decades of success and happy referral clients, I faced a silent struggle. Because I hadn't niched down, I couldn't streamline operations or automate onboarding. I was trapped working in the business—managing relationships and fires—rather than working on it. I saw my own growth capped by the same operational chaos that plagued my own clients.

I realized this wasn't just my problem; it is the universal hurdle for every entrepreneur. As a developer, I knew technology held the answer. I founded Cloud 9 AI Studios to build the solution I wished I had. Today, we use agentic AI not just to write code, but to eliminate the manual grind, allowing business owners to finally scale their operations.

(more) Partnering with several Web Design firms that specialize in e-commerce development could lead to prospects and potential customer signups. Depending on the size of the agency and their resources, some web development companies would prefer that their clients get a good deal on a merchant account rather than let them blindly pick any random merchant service provider. The first step would be to determine what the benefits you can provide are over the average merchant processor since there are so many options available. Once you have a good idea of what it is that makes your offer better, then take some time to list these advantages to signing up with you. I would extend this idea and make a list of reasons why the leading competitors' offers are counter-effective for companies like your ideal target client. As for building a network of partners, use what you discover in the first and second steps to outline who would benefit the most from your processor. Then create an incentive to get freelance web designers - and small development firms to consider referring their clients to you. There is a lot of free and low-cost affiliate marketing and link tracking systems that you could combine with your offer to create effective strategies that will start driving leads to you. Does your service include a payment gateway in addition to processing fees? Does it payout one-time, or do you get a small royalty for each time someone uses your processor to charge their customers credit card? If there is a large enough payout for signing new customers up, you could also consider sharing your commission with a network of web designers and agencies.  Even if you gave up half your commission to earn referrals from web agencies - you are still only giving up half of something you didn't already have. If you are not closing any leads yet, a partnership with the right agency could kick-start your business.  You could also try targeting start-up hosting companies. If the incentives are really there for your affiliate sign-ups, and you can clearly point out the benefits for their clients as well, then there is no reason why you couldn't get larger agencies interested. If a hosting company does not have to sign the customer up to earn an affiliate payout, and you make it easy for them by writing an article or two explaining the value in your company, every customer that creates a new hosting account or registers a domain name will potentially have the opportunity to read your article and sign up for a merchant account thru their hosting company who sends all of their signups to you.  Some of these start-ups may already be looking for a merchant provider, yet others may have a merchant but not be able to use them for them as seemlessly as they might like. For instance, they may have merchant services through QuickBooks but can only process credit cards for invoices created in QB. If they have an e-commerce site, they are likely going to be more interested in an option that either includes a gateway or plays nicely with one such as Authorize.net. Millions of domains are registered world-wide every year. Many of those domains belong to new start-up companies, and a decent percentage of these businesses are signing up for merchant services already. Why not help them by informing them of a better service provider?  If you represent one of the better providers, then get the word out to new start-up companies, use public records to find new business listings and publicly listed domain registrations. If you can build a small network of web developers and hosting companies that you would be willing to share a piece of the pie, then you could easily start splitting hundreds of sign-up commission checks every day.  Best Success!  PS - what merchant provider are you offering? If you find that people are not responding well to the merchant plan you currently have, then you may want to consider working with another provider to be sure that isn't the problem. One last note - when you find a hosting company to partner with, and you start getting hundreds of leads, and you can also help small business owners find affordable web designers and e-commerce solution providers that specialize in working with start-ups.  ResponseProMarketing.com helps small business owners set-up their first online store quickly with affordable plans. Once they have their first e-commerce website built, they will be more likely to be interested in your merchant processor solutions. Hope this at least starts moving you in the right direction. (more) Hi Gabriel, I read your article and as a web developer and marketing designer myself - I can say that your significant points are solid. I like your creativity and the fact that you manage to keep the article interesting the whole way through. I do want to offer a few suggestions though. In my opinion, there is an excess of analogies. So many, that some people may find it overwhelmingly confusing. First, I would recommend that you cut down on the metaphors, limit it to the first car analogy. I would also minimize your use of the slang terms and to use more direct language. Overall, I think you did a great job. I'm not surprised to find out that there is a mass exodus from Facebook. However, I am curious to find out where all the 'young people' go for social media these days. You might want to consider including the answer to that in your article as well. Good luck with your web design business and I wish you the best successes. Regards, Landon Shipman
