when it comes to customers needing a tow I always ask if the have towing on there insurance or if they have aaa. I let them know up front about what the cost of the tow will be a d let them know that if there is other work that is needed to get the vehicle weither in garage or if other things need to be moved it will cost more and if a flat bed is needed it will cost more.
