I'm not sure what kind of business you have but in the one I'm in customer don't get there car unless the bill is paided at the time when service is complete. If they drag there feet for very long then we start charging storage fees. When that starts to happen you will be surprised how quick the...

O think cell phones in a meeting are a no no. When they go off while someone or even if it is you talking they are,a distraction. They should be on vibrate if allowed in the meeting but never answered. If it is on ring and it goes off whoever's phone goes off that person should have to sing a...
