What Are the Top 5 Points Recruiters Are Looking For?

Working with over 40 employment agencies I'll put in my 2 cents.
Kera Satagaj from Hallmark Totaltech Inc Had some great points. My suggestion is not to use the typical "business MBA type verbage" but real language. 95% of resumes today are boiler plate with the same tired verbiage that no one really believes. You would think they are all Harvard grads with genius IQ's. When something "real" comes across their desk recruiters take time and read it and if they use my program they will know in 1 minute if the resume is BS or not.
