Well since you are a pastor, the answer is simple: Love them and let them know you love them by taking care of them, communicating with them on a regular basis, always doing what is best for them, and letting them know what you are doing for them. You don't have to say "I love you" - you show them by your actions. By your fruit they shall know you.
