I would just like to chime in from the perspective of a home inspector. After assessing the personal needs and wishes of both buyer and seller, we employ the highest level of PPE as a courtesy to both. This includes masks, foot protection and/or nitrile gloves. In one case, when inspecting the home of a nurse, we were even asked to wear head cover. We are happy to do so and quickly respect the wishes of all parties involved with every transaction as should every other real estate professional, contractor and other persons associated with any transaction. Our own personal preferences sometimes cause a natural human reaction of judgment. We have to be careful to prevent such feelings from creeping in to our actions. Thanks for listening!
