"Customer(s)" in our world view is the client, or the brand. Clients in my experience need to know that you are going to be making their work flow easier not adding to it. If you can have good organized and productive communications about a clients expectations and see their goals through their eyes in a big picture way it becomes a relief to them and they can then go about running other aspects of their brand and company because they can trust us to keep their vision...
