Aspirations Inc. is an established family owned and operated private practice located in the community of Old Strathcona, the heart of Edmonton, since 2008. We are a small practice offering a boutique-like approach to our clientele. Our team members are carefully chosen based on common values in regards to client care, community involvement, and continuous learning. We are dedicated to provide professional therapeutic services to individuals (adults, adolescents, children and seniors) couples, and families in the communities of Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Aspirations offers a holistic approach to understanding our client needs by considering the broader context of the individual and areas of potential growth. Our services focus on emotional, relational and life stressors and we offer specializations in areas of personal growth, play and sandplay therapy, trauma & grief treatment, marital & family systems, hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy.

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I began to create the foundations of Aspirations Inc. Counselling & Training Centre. I often feel as if I have twins, as I "birthed" both my business and my daughter around the same time. I have been extremely blessed to support others on their path to truth and wholeness. My clients and colleagues have given me the same gift in kind - personal growth and fulfillment in both my professional and personal roles in life. Thus, supporting me on my path of truth and wholeness.
