Data. It's in your business to know.
Every business has data – big, small, medium business. Data that can be used for cost savings, sales growth, identifying market opportunities, or improving business performance. Data that’s produced in accounting software, POS machine CRM software, business activities and processes, advertising, observing store traffic, and many other sources. Data is even discovered through research, observing your competitors and suppliers.
All of this valuable data can be used to save money, make money, and improve operational processes. But to use this data to make smarter and faster business decisions requires data to be in the right place at the right time. This requires a solid data management strategy – one that’s reliable, secure, and high-quality. A data management plan that identifies your business data from all sources of business performance software, customer experiences, employee experience, and business operations.
This is CoreBI expertise. Designing and managing data management strategies for our small and medium sized businesses so you have the freedom to use your data to build a smarter business. A business that can visualize and analyze data on your phone or computer whenever and wherever you need it. It’s your data and it’s in your business to know.
It all began when we started trying to use our clients' data to analyze. The data came from different software. Some of it was unusable, and we couldn't help them use their data to make business decisions. So we changed how we approached our client's business problems.
We concentrated on building a business data strategy that brought all the data together and made it usable. This made it much simpler, faster, and more accurate for our clients to use their data every day to make decisions. We also found ways to find data within their business and from outside sources. Customer surveys, statistics, and competitor research.
We found that with the right data strategy, a business can find ways to make money, save money, and improve operational processes. This results in better sales and financial performance, but also in customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and retention, as well as giving staff more confidence that their business is better set up for a sustainable future.
