"We moved our office last month (April 2019). One of the best parts of the move was hiring AMJ. They made sure we were educated and ready for the move in advance with lots of crates and stickers. On the day of the move their crew worked extremely hard and with a cheerful attitude. They attended to all the extras such as doing the tear down on all the computer workstations and then doing the complete setup at the other end. And every accessory was plugged in to the right spot the first time. They even stayed late on the day of the move to hang a few pictures so we would feel more at home when the day was done. My favourite question: Some people believe that rules, regulations and laws must be strictly followed at all times while others believe they act more like guidelines. Where do you see yourself on that spectrum and for what reasons? The answer can reveal a lot about a person. For example, anyone that can recognize that most of us break the law every day (for example most of us exceed the speed limit most of the time and people that travel at or below the speed limit at all times are a road hazard) has more insight into human behavior than someone who says they never break the law. Also, someone who can recognize that rules require flexibility at times (I won't fire someone who is late for work if they were taking their spouse or child to the hospital) and require a hard line at other times (hygiene standards in a restaurant) shows situational awareness.

First impressions matter. And while I agree that the lasting impression is the more telling, the first impression determines whether the person will ease into or have to work hard at the lasting impression. There are two aspects to the first impression that rise to the top for me. First is the authenticity I sense from the person I am meeting. Do they make eye contact? Do they smile? Do they engage with me? Even someone who is shy or quiet can still convey a solid first impression if they are genuine about it. The second thing I notice is their physical presence. Is their attire appropriate for the occasion? Do they look like they actually thought about what clothes they are wearing? These first impressions are not definitive however they can give us important information about the person we are meeting.
I would allocate the money: about $10,000 for that special trip of a lifetime you have always wanted to take; $100,000 for investments in three or four investment pools; $40,000 for the next business venture.

You probably got this pass as the gym was pushing all its members to recruit new members and they were offering prizes to anyone who could bring in a certain number of new members. I have been a gym member long enough to know they occasionally apply some pressure to get their current members to act as their sales force and sometimes either the incentive is worthwhile or you agree to take some passes and hand them out just to shut them down.

I am a service provider in this field so I cannot accurately answer your question. I can tell you what we hear from our clients. I have been doing real estate law for 30 years and have lots of credentials, experience and happy clients. The top three reasons clients choose our firm. 1. Recommendation from a trusted source (typically a realtor or close family member). 2. The fact a live person answers our phone and then we make sure the caller talks to someone and answers their questions on the first phone call. 3. Our website, which provides a lot of information and testimonials.
We still find a lot of people shop on price alone. Our pricing is about the middle of the market (there are certainly cheaper alternatives). So if people go on price alone, that is their choice and not based on quality.
