Now Slowing Down and specializing in Buyers Broker, Consulting, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, buying, and managing income-producing properties. After a long & successful career in the Real Estate Profession, it is my desire to stay active and pass on my skills & knowledge acquired over the years on to my current clients & future clients. I am still an active licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon. and have my own company. to professionally represent my current & future clients. I can provide excellent professional recommendations from many of my long-established clients. In the last 15 years before slowing down, I consumated several large 1031 exchanges in the 2M-6M range, specializing in High Volume C-Stores & Service stations.
In addition to my professional career in real estate with several professional designations and awards, I have a formal background as well with a BS Degree from Eastern Oregon University, MS Degree from Oregon State University, & MS +45 from the University of Oregon. I left the education profession as Superintendent of Schools, Cove School district 15, Cove Oregon to pursue my 45+ year career in the Real Estate Profession. I currently have bought, developed, rehabilitated, own & manage rental properties.

Just a few agents using you, and providing a professional, not a "nit-picking" service to a realtor will begin a word of mouth in the profession, which is the best you can have. Nina, Basically you are dealing with two different clients, unless you are classifying investor & commercial buyers in the same category, which they are not. In my years of experience as a commercial broker, with a residential background experience as well, I usually seek out a residential agent...

In my years of experience as a commercial broker, with a residential background experience as well, I usually seek out a residential agent to work with when relocating my commercial clients from one area to another. I do not know how large your area is, but maybe developing a relationship with listing commercial agents might be one idea.
