How We Got Started

After several years of cleaning pools, I teamed up with my business partner Freddy. He had the desire to work for him self after working 30 years for a pool company. So we teamed up.

Desire to succeed as a new company- has brought us many learning experiences, but our clients have been fully satisfied. We do make mistakes because we keep pushing the limits, but we learn and improve. We are dedicated. We have our family’s to support, so we won’t fail them or you.

Commercial is great if you have the correct contract and have the resources for you to finance the project. They pay great, but you need to have the funds to hold you over 30-60 days before they pay you. We try to educate our clients. Explain the process, show them why they can’t build what they want with the quote from the internet! That takes time. Our sales rep stays with a client 1-2 hrs. We are more than happy to answer all questions.  I don’t like to be rushed, so why should we rush a client deciding if they want to invest 50k in there backyard?

I’ve noticed, you build a relationship with your client. At the end of the contract I ask them to leave me a review. I’ve decided to only use 1-2 platforms. Google is the biggest one. I send them a link. Or have it ready for them just to write something for me. I wouldn’t pay someone else unless... (more) I’ve noticed, you build a relationship with your client.
