(more) Great advice from rusted advisors. My question to you is simple. Do you expect to provide employee benefits to your staff? Our carrier options for your full time eligible employees may not ask for any PHI. Protected a health information may not be requested for all ACA , aka Affordable Health Act. There will be no pre-existing waiting periods imposed. All rates for all carriers will only be based on age, hone zip codes, business address. We will need your nature of business and you’ll need to contribute 50 % of the employee cost. Federal and state laws do not require any mandate to require you offer coverage. However, if you decide to, the plans must be made available to each full time employee.
