Honestly exceptional service, doing the right thing and asking people to tell others has yielded as good of results as the first 3 listed here. We are not the typical automotive repair shop either, we have set processes, offer fair pricing and a great nationwide warranty. All while being truly independent and not some giant corporate chain. Automotive can be challenging but it is not rocket science it is mechanics. Doing the best no matter what your industry, always taking care of the customers concerns and building trust will limit the amount of money needed for marketing.

I personally had a business before working here at Caseys Independent Auto Repair, YP talked me into signing a contract for a website, a year went by and was not able to get anything going, still paid thousands, would not recommend yellow pages

People pay for good service. That said your price is your price, be confident back it up, take extra care not to incur additional costs and offer exceptional service. When people are getting their car towed it is usually not a good situation, having empathy, assuring your customers that you are going to take care of them and everything will be okay, price will not become as big of issue. People complain; your fuel costs you can't control, blame the govt, OPEC, hiring drivers with good records will lower insurance, overhead, etc... Maintain your trucks it will lower your cost in the long run! Partner up with a local shop if you don't do your own maintenance and work out some trade work, discounted work also find some commercial, fleet accounts can supplement the day to day to increase bottom line.
