We use direct mail, great Google reviews, we don't care for Yelps algorithms. Honestly exceptional service, doing the right thing and asking people to tell others has yielded as good of results as the first 3 listed here.  We are not the typical automotive repair shop either, we have set processes, offer fair pricing and a great nationwide warranty. All while being truly independent and not some giant corporate chain.  Automotive can be challenging but it is not rocket science it is mechanics. Doing the best no matter what your industry, always taking care of the customers concerns and building trust will limit the amount of money needed for marketing.
