With social media and FB in particular, there isn't really a line between personal and business. It's there, but so blurred it doesn't seem to be anymore. This is a good thing, allows us to be more personal and true to our story on social media. Authenticity is the key. Why do you do what you do? Why do you love it? We all have a story and its about communicating that story in the most authentic (and entertaining) way possible. When I say entertaining, I mean just not boring. Depending on your personality, you could use gamification, or polls or anything that helps engage the community and starts an open-ended conversation. And, of course, video, video, video.
