Considering the internet is helping us with our online store, the competition is rough. Not to mention the DIY people with youtube. We've seen a steady climb of people trying to repair items themselves and failing, we usually end up with a more difficult repair then necessary. So the internet... We've seen a steady climb of people trying to repair items themselves and failing, we usually end up with a more difficult repair then necessary. So the internet hurts and makes it harder for other competitors. We have the price matchers too that go on Amazon. I think it's a little rude to come to a store and milk the store for information then go online and buy everything. So to be honest it's a mix bag.
