About Us

Personal service, advice and help that I give to my business customers so they can become eligible for business financing. Funds can be used for business growth or expansion as well as startup business financing.

How We Got Started

I have many years of experience in equipment leasing, I was president of publicly held equipment leasing company. I have been Vice President in an SBA lending company. And I had my own business with over 12 salaried employees and several independent contractors for over 15 years. I recently helped a gym to relocate and get $2.5mm for property, buildout & working capital. this year I arranged financing for an Assisted Living Facility with a 504 and Community Advantage Loan. That deal got done for $5.5mm. And terms & conditions were just agreed for the initial phase of a Commercial Real Estate construction project of a $70mm luxury beach development.

I am here to help. I expect to get some guidance next week sometime. The bank I work with only used 2 brokers; I was one of them. They did over $350 million in PPP losns that’s a lot of losns with average amount of $60k   I helped many businesses last time. I was paid nothing from those... (more) I am here to help. I expect to get some guidance next week sometime. The bank I work with only used 2 brokers; I was one of them. They did over $350 million in PPP losns that’s a lot of losns with average amount of $60k   I helped many businesses last time. I was paid nothing from those businesses. If anyone is asking to be paid it is greed. I also sent instructions to those businesses on how and where to file  forgiveness applications. I only work with one bank. And that bank got every one one of my businesses funded. I send a group email out with instructions once I have full and complete official guidance.
