We are all aware of the long lasting benefits that come from having great relationships with each other. However with all the digital real estate and advertising platforms available these relationships hold more weight than ever before.  Having the ability to co-market together on these platforms instantly doubles the reach of your marketing budget and puts you in front of more potential clients. Whether we think of ourselves as salespeople or not we all consider the thought of how many times we can reach out or follow up with this prospect before becoming annoying. Working along side each other as a team increases the amount of contacts we are making with each prospect and increasing the percentage that they will become an actual client in the future.  Most importantly it helps bring more value to your clients, which is hopefully a goal for all.   I work and live in Northern New Jersey and am licensed to do business in New York and New Jersey. On the lending side we have been a bit more fortunate having the ability to also service refinance clients. (more) On the lending side we have been a bit more fortunate having the ability to also service refinance clients. Any initial downturn in new home buyer applications I experienced was certainly offset with past clients reaching out to take advantage of these amazingly low interest rates.  Over the last week I have seen an enormous uptick in new clients reaching out to me. I think due to a mixture of buyers beginning to get comfortable with starting the process up again, and many of the big banks tightening their guidelines.  Having access to dozens of lenders has proven to be an enormous benefit for my clients, my referral partners and my business during these turmoil times.
