I started out as a cop on 09-11-72. Even though I formerly retired as a homicide detective in Nov. of 2004, you quickly find your work is never done. The department's tentacles, always seem to find you no matter where you hide. In April of 2018 I was asked to present another of my cold case homicides to the newly formed Orange County D.A.'s Cold Case D.A. for filing, and was then asked to come back to work as a civilian investigator to investigate other cold cases. What you have to understand when it comes to marriage, I am not domesticated, I am institutionalized, and my wife is the WARDEN; therefore, I am not going back. However, she does allow me to teach and consult; as well as continue to increase me expertise in the area of stalking. So I guess you could say, that I have been fortunate to have a career that I have never considered to be a job, EVER. The reason I still love what I do is because, while having fun, I still get to assist those in need.
