Although most customers get a rental car or someone else to help drop off or pick up their car, we have always offered a concierge service.  Many clients are on the other side of the metroplex and like this service as it's door to door.  On one occasion I remember that we were referred to a woman who had been in an accident and although her car was still drivable, she was injured .  She was new in town and didn't know many people.  She thought that she would have to wait until she was mobile again to go get her car fixed.  We handled the entire claim process and made extensive repairs to her vehicle.  She was so impressed with our complete door to door service and told us it helped her recover faster not having to worry about her car!
