How do I get more customers as a cleaning and landscaping business?

I visited your profile and I would say focus on looking for and contacting property owners whose image is important and that want the building/business appearance to be attractive as well as clean.  

Secondly, get a website up ASAP, so you can look professional, and that you will be around. (It also allows people to learn more about you when your business is referred by others.)

Advertising via google and Facebook is a great way to get new customers. You don’t have to spend money if you choose the right keywords and do regular posts. It will also help if you do snow removal in the winter seasons, as there is not many people who do snow calls anymore.

I started by creating a page on facebook and posting a few picks and messages. Keep sharing. Post an ad on Kijiji promoting your work. Keep customers close in one area. Do really good work and really care for your customers. Deliver what you promise and communicate.  My customers have come by referral, by seeing my name on my trailer, and by my posts. Have a number of customers that you can manage well.

Let your current customers know how much you appreciate them and ASK them for referrals to people they know who may need your services. When they do refer you to someone else, send your client a small gift like a gift card with a note thanking them. Remember, the more your customers know, like, and trust you, the more likely they are to refer your company to their friends and family.

There’s 100 ways to answer that question. Do you have a website? What kind of customers are you trying to get? Do you have a Facebook page? Do you have a Facebook page for your business? Do you have a YouTube channel for your business? More info is needed to answer your question there are many ways to get Customers. You can get lookers or spenders or budget Customers. Local publications would be your best bet. Social media outlets also. Take the steps to get your company name and services out there.

It can be hard to say. I use Facebook to post photos of my work.  Also Landscaping has a good bit of need so despite what other say. Flyers are a great way to get more business. Also never be afraid to ask for reviews and referrals.  Of you did a great job people always want to share their great experience.

With this type of business (cleaning and landscaping), the best way to get customers is by word-of-mouth and by being visible. Ask your existing clients if they know of anyone who could use your services. They may not give you names and phone numbers at that moment, but it will get them thinking about referring you to their friends.
