How are you getting traffic to your website?

I know on my website I have to do things all the time to drive traffic to my site.  Here is one that is super easy......GET SOCIAL!

It’s not enough to produce great content and hope that people find it – you have to be proactive. One of the best ways to increase traffic to your website is to use social media channels to promote your content. Hello Mary,  Your information is very helpful and I would only like to add that the purpose of the website needs to be decided upon by the business owner.  A purpose that I have seen very often is an Online Brochure.  These are beautiful showings of what a business is all about.  The usual other purpose is to sell a product or service.  This would be a Sales Funnel.  Those using the brochure are not really looking for traffic, they are happy just telling their story with words and pictures.  Those with a sales funnel are wanting traffic because they want to sell their stuff and grow their businesses.  Understanding this difference goes along way toward having success.
