Today is the day...Referral Cards have arrived!

What's a Referral Card you ask? Your Referral Card is your virtual business card. Just like you'd hand out and share business cards at an in-person networking event, Referral Cards are forwarded shared via Alignable between businesses and interested prospects.

Referral Cards can be used in two ways:

 1. You can forward your Referral Card to prospects or businesses you're networking with at any time by clicking the "Referral Card" button on your profile.

 2. You can forward someone else's Referral Card to anyone you think would benefit or be interested by clicking the "Referral Card" button on their profile, as seen below on Martin's profile:

What does a Referral Card include?

Your referral card is your virtual business card
Besides your name, photo, business name, and location, your Referral Card Includes 4 important pieces of information taken directly from your Alignable profile:

 1. Membership Status: Your status will be listed as Explorer, Verified, Premium, or Premium Plus. You can select your membership status here.

 2. Business Category: Your business category helps inform others of your area of focus and expertise. If you need to edit your business category, you can do so from your profile page by clicking "edit profile"

 3. Reputation Badge: Since trust is everything, your reputation badge represents how many recommendations your business has received. You can add recommendations here.

 4. Featured Search Tags: You can select or edit your tags by selecting "edit profile" on your profile page

It's Referral Card time!

Welcome to a new era of networking, and the easiest way to get and receive referrals. As featured in this post, check out a 4 great examples of Referral Cards and profiles to help inspire you as you complete your own and begin sharing referral cards of businesses you trust and recommend to others:
