Jessica, we also have a paging service that takes calls and routes them to the appropriate manager. If there is a maintenance person assigned to that property then they handle it. No we haven't used them. We have an answering service that sends us emergency calls. We, the property managers, at our office take turns being on call and handle them ourselves.
