We get most of our new customers from Google Adword campaigns.

Anthony,

This very much depends on the nature of the product or service you offer. There is no one answer to this. Can you tell us what your product or service is? My answer would be more meaningful if I know what you're promoting.

Million dollar question. Start by defining your services clearly. Think about who your ideal customer would be. (anyone is not an answer). Search for business that match your ideal customer profile and target them with messaging that explains the benefit you bring to their business. Experiment with the best ways to reach them: phone, email, DM, digital, LinkedIn. Try them all and focus on the methods that get you the most success. Its hard, and it requires tenacity. Good luck.

Great question. There are several ways you can do this. Of course, you want to set up a profile here on Alignable ( and make sure it is connected to your Facebook page). Social media, you can post , search using hashtags for your industry ( for example #virtual assistant) as well as groups. But the number one to find people is ask, word -of mouth.

Thanks Anthony,

Wonderful Question because Most of us Marketing Consultants are TOO CLOSE to what we do

to Find Prospects EQUAL to or BETTER than Our #1 Clients.

Perfect EXAMPLE - I Called Up a Marketing Consultant and Website LEAD GENERATING business

owner on Alignable - 2 weeks ago.

Don Complained that of 1000 Leads he had attracted (This month) NONE of them fit his #1 Customer Profile: ***A Top 1% Realtor Who Was ALREADY Paying for Leads."***

We told him that years ago - we had paid 426 Million mentor Walter Hailey (Author of "Breaking the

"No" Barrier - the B*illion D*ollar Selling System - 44,000.00 in order to Learn The Billion Dollar SELF REFERRAL SYSTEM he used to start, build, take public and sell 4 Companies in 4 Different

Industries.

It took us 45 minutes to find Don TWO New Top 1% Realtors Prospects. HERE is How We Adapted

Walters Billion dollar Referral System.

I - Don told us his #1 Best Client was worth 30 average realtor clients.

II - Don Told us he had paid TWO of his Suppliers over 90,000.00 over the past 3 years.

III - We Discovered BOTH of the SalesPeople He was Paying 45K to - Worked in a building

bought or leased from a Top 1% realtor.

IV - AND both of these Salespeople - working for his Vendors - MAKE EXTRA MUNNY

each time they Refer Don a #1 Realtor client - Cuz HE Has to B*UY More Widgets From them

to Service that client!

V - So his Suppliers are EAGER to Refer Him new customers - Like his Best Customer.

VI - And Getting an Appointment - Log-Falling-off-of-Easy. Don is P*AYING them munny - so they ALWAYS take his phone calls!

Thanks,

P.S. - Expect a Call from me Anthony. I have Great Fun Applying Walters "Follow-The-Munny-Referral-System for fellow Marketers and other small biz owner.

Anthony, it sounds like you need to do some research on who it is that you want to work with. Get really clear on the kind of client you want to serve, so that you can then know how to focus your marketing efforts. You can't find clients if you don't know who they are in the first place. And if your marketing isn't speaking to them, they won't be able to come to you. Identify your ideal client, their needs, and the problem your business can solve for them, then work on setting up a client attraction system that speaks directly to that person.

A digital advertising campaign that targets people by their on line activity. You can target geographically so everyone reached can be a potential customer! If you are a marketing company I suggest you look for a different occupation!!!

It depends on what kind of company you are and what services you offer. Advertising your services on Facebook (Sponsored Ads) allows you to target your market by Geo and Demographics. When people are looking for something that they need, the internet is the #1 place that they go. Depending on the type of budget that you have, a Google AdWord could work well for you. A good marketing company would need to analyze your market, clients and goals to put together a good marketing program for you. My company provides these services and I offer a Free consultation.

I would also suggest Networking Groups like BNI. It is an excellent way to have a group of people refer you customers.

Since you seem to be in the business of marketing for other businesses, it's ironic you're asking this question. Your business description says you do social marketing, so try starting there. You could also try Google AdWords with some tightened up targeting and key words to help those looking for your services find you. And be physically social - get out there and network in your community, join the local chamber of commerce, leverage your existing customers, etc. Good luck!

My recommendation is to clearly described the type(s) of service(s) you offer and the benefits that can be derived by using your company. If you provide a "specific" type of service, I would hi-lite this in any communications to prospective clients. Also, based on your years of service, let it be known about any and all success stories. You must be your own "sales and motivational" voice.
