Sally, my confirmation gives the link for reviews on google....make it easy for them

The key is to provide the best service possible. My clients sometimes become family and then they will review you as such. I’ve asked for reviews in the past but it seems the ones that review you before you ask them to, are the ones that give you a 5 star review. A key I found was to always answer your reviews! 😉 good luck.

First provide a 5 start service, then ask your clients directly to leave you a review. You can even tell them which website do you want to have the review on. Do no let them to do the review on your own wifi, like in your store, as Google will ban reviews coming from the same IP. As them in a follow up email, send them the link directly, so they do not have to much at all, just to leave you a review.
Add the review link to the footer of your website for easy access.

You don't try, you just let them know that they can leave you reviews on the sites you want the review on and even if there is a bad review that's okay too as long as you try to make good for the reason it was left. Example: Flowers going bad after a couple of days which are not your standard flowers apologize and try to make it up to the customer. Be genuine, don't try and be something your not.

I've tried everything, and the only thing that works is to ask people to review you. in the final analysis, if you give outstanding quality and great value, you'll get the reviews.

Always provide wonderfully fresh flowers with the best service, at a price to value relationship . Always remember that the flower business is NOT about you or your employees, it is all about pleasing the customer.....ALWAYS! The reviews will come naturally, you don't have to cajole people into giving their review . They will review you because you stand out from other merchants and they want to praise/reward you.

we advertise through Yelp as well as identifying our address on google maps -- we've rec'd reviews on both of these and are 5-star with yelp. if you really want more reviews then send an advertising slip with all your deliveries requesting they give you that review. I don't ask for that--some will and some won't--but we do send the sheet advertising our websites ... our business is definitely increasing

WeddingWire has an easy way to collect reviews. You can email them a review link. Also if you set up a google business account for your company. Google will read this reviews really really fast and add them to your profile. We have tried that Good luck :)

Hi, When I send a thank you note I always ask if tbey could please write a review. And most do.

Ask your customers to post reviews on Google or sites like Wedding Wire or The Knot. Yelp selects reviews based on the number of reviews the customer writes
