Nope don't buy these things. Talk to some digital marketing folks... Yes some only want money, but the ones that have clients in your industry have learned a thing or two. We see things from a different angle. Sure you could buy someones get rich quick book, but unless they have some client testimonials or something where I've seen it help a business, I wouldn't buy it. A digital web person like me can show you numbers and markets all day long and have plenty of testimonials.
Does anyone know a marker or advertiser for a anger management practice ?

Developing and narrowing your idea is tied to many other aspects of the project; startup capital, location, entry market, and core advisory group, to name a few.
This said, if the idea is a simple one; shoe repair, maybe a 1 week class is sufficient. If you truly want your idea to succeed, you will need lots of input from a variety of sources.
