I'm Finishing Up a Residential Leasing Ce Course and I Am Looking for Your Input. What Issues Would You Want to See Covered?

How important it is for the Listing Agent to post in the MLS what are the Landlord's requirements for the applicant to be approved, otherwise if the applicant is denied for a reason not specified, the application fee must be returned.

We lease properties in Louisiana, there are 10, we manage our own properties, and would like to know if there are companies that handle evictions. There hasn't been a need to evict and tenants but it would be great to know if this can be hired done.

The challenges are to make sure the tenants will keep the property in good condition and if it's not they must reper it before the lease expaers. Do the background check and make sure the property won't be used for marijuana grow house. Let me know if it's help
