The focus of my work is story's. Studies by psychologists have estimated that each of us repeats about 5,000 words and phrases each day that form the foundation of our personal story. This narrative either supports us to live the rich full abundant lives that we desire, or may hold us back from doing so. I start by inviting my clients to share their story. What would they have for themselves and what do they imagine might be holding them back from having it. This process utilizes an outcome frame to create a deep mind map that guides them on a subconscious level to begin creating a new more supportive story. This new story aligns their action with their intention and they feel as if the shackles of their old story are coming off. This is the freedom that opens us to a whole new life. The key to success for me is empathy and allowing myself to hear my clients story without judgement. Thank you so much for inviting me to speak about this.
As we are an educational institution, we like to share educational stories. When I am speaking with customers in person, at public seminars and on-site training, once again it is educational stories based on my many years of experience doing the job they are.
Educational stories are great because they lend themselves to demonstrating your expertise while building trust with the customer. Especially when it is about the same occupation they are doing or desire to be doing after training.
There are so many ways to build value with your customers and community. For my organization our staff members we reached out to so many low income families with high school students and with the assistance of counselors from (10) local high schools to provide " Free" SAT training classes and transportation for the students who had challenges because of one working parent in the home or no transportation at all. If you look at the " A" Game fundamental Basketball Facebook page you will see the many students lives became successful college graduates due to our efforts. 😊
I often tell my customers about why I opened my store, I have local/U.S. artists that sell here, the passion I have for supporting them and the fun of carrying different items. They love to hear this and it works to start a conversation each time.
Don't know where to begin. We have so many success stories and I usually pick one that relates to the clients needs and struggles and how somebody else was able to overcome the many different obstacles to weight loss or to improved health.
When it comes to business insurance, some people want the cheapest insurance....I tell them: that by definition cheap insurance is an oxymoron: Freezer Burn, Almost Pregnant...which lightens things up to laughter....though it puts the perspective on the fact.
Real Estate is a relationship business and has to be cultivated not a sales business. This also means making your buyers and sellers aware of the sales process before you start.
The story I like to tell that I truly believe in is what is meant to be will be. In essence, if they initially don’t get the place initially that they made a bid on then the next house normally is better liked than the initial house. I also tell them if the initial house is the one they were to get then it will be available again. Actually that has happened for both instances. So again what is meant to be will be😜👍
