Can you recommend an inventory control system?
Looking for a new inventory system. A simple "in and out" system with no monetary values assigned to the product. Our system works just fine but I feel I might be time to upgrade as I may be missing out on some bells and whistles I don't yet know we need but, once installed, would make the warehouse men happier. QB does not work for our situation. Anyone really satisfied with their simple system and willing to share?

We use Mr. Move inventory management for warehousing, Windfall is popular along with IGC.
or You Might try the Windfall programs. . . .
Windfall by ACI out of St Louis
Claire, we use Accuplus which is a product supported by Cadre Software. It's a great product and reasonably priced. Good luck!
Fishbowl.com has been popular with the QB audience. Would also check out SKUbana.
try an RFD setup. . . .
I am not familiar with an inventory control program for general industry. There is a great package for the corrugated manufacturing industry... sorry
We are using Windfall, this asset management system is simple to use and allows our customer real time visibility of their product we have stored for them...
what is it you are storing , and how is it [placed in your building,, , how long is it stored for,
Claire, We own a self storage company with no warehousing. I do not currently use an inventory system because we rent units out for personal storage. I could recommend that you look at Quayleconcepts.com, he wrote the storage management program SWAMP (Storage Warehouse Assets Management Program) and see if its applicable or if he has another product that would fit your needs.
