Is anyone using automation in their business? Either internally with CRM, ERPs etc, or automations with marketing?
I’ve started using at zapper to link our invoicing system to our CRM. So I’m wondering what else people might be automation that would be good to check out. Thanks all.

BigLinker.com for LinkedIn Automation is easy to use. I create campaigns that send automated invitations to my target audience. Send automated follow-up messages and emails to continuously nurture new connections. Data extraction and Zapier integration are also very useful features I heavily use on the platform. I gather around 20-80 new connections out of thousands from my targeted audience, and every month, with mindful follow-up, I can convert 3-8 connections into new clients.
Pretty robust. The only challenge is getting people's attention, meaning if you don't give your new connections enough opportunities to remember you, you will be forgotten immediately. The key is to send short and sweet messages, and for the follow-up just do 1x a week message on LinkedIn and email, and call the following week after.
It may take 2-6 weeks to convert, depending on your follow-up method.
I use automation to build and test things. Old school manufacturing.
No, our business is not in need of such services currently.
Thanks
I'm using Social Report and HubSpot.
We have 50 people and it is too expensive for us to use such platforms.
We are trying to find ways to manage our "CRM" project management without having to expend $900K.

I just set up Pipedrive for CRM, I tested Less annoying crm, Zoho, Hub Spot, Cloze, Monday, Zendesk and Freshworks. I liked how Pipedrive sets up pipelines, and fully integrates email and calendar. Will really keep me focused.
This is sales related automation. We are process automation - industrial and commercial.
