Looking for Activity Tracking Software

We've been using ZOHO One for almost 2 years - there is a module for almost every business function and we love that they are all in one place.

When we started, we were mostly focused on CRM - lead tracking, conversions, task management, customer management, etc.  The CRM module can be customized in a million different ways.  

We built ours out by having a weekly team meeting - so that the opinions of Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Management could all be heard.

We can schedule tasks for ourselves (or each other), maintain important contact data (phone, email, etc), and monitor our pipeline (of leads and customers) in one place.  And since it was a team effort, we all use it faithfully - company wide - to keep up with all the important aspects of our business.  Highly recommend it.   

There are other modules within ZOHO One that could be used for Activity Tracking ("Desk", "Marketing Hub", etc) that will integrate with the CRM module, including calls, emails, etc.  Good luck!    

This is a great thread!  Lots of great ideas here.  One more vote for Builder Trend here - keeps our sales, office, and install database, calendars, and task lists in one place.  We schedule social out through Hootsuite but have used Buffer before too and use Constant Contact for a regular newsletter segmented for potential clients, contractors, and designers. 

We have been using Thryv & T-Sheets. We were previously using KEAP but wanted a little bit more. We have been using Thryv for a few months now and have loved the result. They are easy to work with and ALWAYS available to help us with anything that is going on if we have questions or need quick answers.

We have been using HouseCall Pro since 2016.  It's service oriented, which we don't do, but it's great at tracking our dispatching and Inspection projects.  They have a mobile app that works pretty good, not great.  Customers can schedule through the app as well.  They have added LOTS of extras as well.  It is a whole package.
