Agreed, patient referral is the best way but to get those patients can be difficult. Start with low cost meet up groups, and use the internet. Handshakes and when you agree to meet with someone, make sure you follow through. Build relationships and the patients will eventually come. I have spend a lot of money in the past on networking and marketing and it really did not help.
