I did not plan to go into the Vacation rental business. The housing market had crashed in 2008. I lost my job and was looking for another job. I always say versatility is key. Whether it is versatility in the voice, able to do characters or accents or just tones, hard sell, soft sell or casual conversational reads, but also versatility in the working relationship.
