We're considering downsizing our office space, what changes are you considering in your business for the second half of the year?

Yes, I've been considering that also, and even giving up my office altogether.  I've been working from home during the pandemic and have switched to all virtual & electronic procedures.  But as an attorney I need to see clients in my office during normal times, so I don't want to give up my office space.  Right now my office rent is a complete waste of money, but I'm going to ride this out as long as I can before making any drastic moves.

I've been noticing a number of consultants and sales specialists out of work - I'm looking to hire as many as I can and put them to work expanding my business. As we work our way out of the Covid situation, businesses will need to rely on strong online marketing and a website that actually gets them results more then ever, and I plan to put myself into a position to be there to help them succeed in this new business climate.

We have seen an uptick in business.  We are currently hiring to prepare for "high season".  The hot dry weather should increase our business for the rest of the year.  We are fortunate that we have been able to navigate the myriad of issues that have presented themselves in 2020.

Hello Jimmy, I may have a client referral for you that needs a loan. What type of documentation do you require and is there a minimum fico score requirement?, and how long does the entire loan process take (start to finish) before my client would receive their funds??

Also do you have an incentive program in place if I share my client with you and you do get them funded? Please get back to me and let's see if we can work together to get my client funded!!

To Be Quite Honest, The Past 15 Months Has Taught or Reminded Me, How Valuable and to Re-Appreciate My Home Office Is...

YES; We All Have Physical Offices; BUT, You Save $$$ Commuting, Buying Coffee and or Food...

Secondly, I'm 100% Service, Virtual Business Has Increased, Actual Cost of Transacting Business has Decereased..as I'm Not Driving Everywhere...

Finally, Within my Dedicated Office I Have Peace & Quiet; I Can Think Clearly as I have Zero External Noise or Interruptions, it Doesn't Hurt that Have a Mini-Fridge and Coffee Maker in my Office :-)

Cheers
